Danish Air Show 2018 Spotterdag(English below)

Interessen for at deltage i spotterdagen har været meget stor, hvilket vi naturligvis er utroligt glade for. Vi modtog næsten 250 henvendelser på under 24 timer, da vi åbnede for tilmelding lige efter påske.

Da vi besluttede at øge antallet af spottere en uge senere, blev disse ekstra pladser ligeledes optaget indenfor 24 timer.

Det betyder, at arrangementet allerede er fuldt booket, og vi kan desværre ikke modtage flere tilmeldinger.

De, der nåede at tilmelde sig, har allerede modtaget bekræftelse på e-mail.

Til alle jer, der desværre ikke fik en plads, kan vi kun opfordre til, at I deltager i showet søndag d. 10. juni.

Vi håber at se jer i Aalborg til et fantastisk airshow.

 

Danish Air Show 2018 Spotters’ Day June 9th

The interest in our Spotters’ Day on June 9th has been overwhelming, which of course makes us very happy. We received almost 250 requests in less than 24 hours when we opened for registrations just after the Easter holidays.

When we decided to increase the number of spotters a week later, these additional slots were also all gone within 24 hours.

This unfortunately means that the Spotters’ Day event is now fully booked and we are therefore unable to accept further registrations.

Those who have already been accepted have all received a confirmation e-mail by now.

To all who didn’t get to apply, we can only suggest that you take part in the actual Air Show on Sunday June 10th.

We hope to see you in Aalborg for a great Air Show.

 

Regler, retningslinjer og information:

  1. Instrukser fra følge- og bevogtningspersonel skal altid følges.

  2. Afspærringer, skilte og restriktioner givet af hvilken som helst soldat på flyvestationen skal følges. Overtrædelse kan medføre udvisning fra spotterdagen.

  3. Der er ingen adgang til andre områder på flyvestationen end de udpegede/anviste.

  4. Børn under 14 år har ingen adgang på spotterdagen.

  5. Handicapparkering og –transport er ikke mulig.

  6. Dyr, stiger, klapstole, læhegn, telte, parasoller o.l. må ikke medbringes til spotterdagen.

  7. Rygning er kun tilladt udendørs i dedikerede områder.

  8. Billedlegitimation (pas eller kørekort) og bekræftelses e-mail skal fremvises på dagen ved ankomst. Billedlegitimation opbevares af Air Transport Wing under spotterdagen, og returneres når det militære område forlades.

  9. Betaling til spotterdagen skal foregå kontant på dagen. Der modtages ikke Dankort, andre kreditkort eller elektronisk overførsel, og der er ikke mulighed for at hæve penge.

  10. Adgang foregår kun ved nærmere angivet adgangspunkt (meddeles senere i e-mail).

  11. Adgang til toiletfaciliteter på dagen kan være begrænsede.

  12. Vær forberedt på alle slag vejrlig samt at man kan komme til at gå langt. Arrangementet egner sig ikke til gangbesværede og der kan desværre ikke tages individuelle hensyn.

  13. Air Transport Wing Aalborg forbeholder sig retten til at afvise folk, samt bortvise ved overtrædelse af regler.

Information, rules & regulations:

  1. Instructions from the Spotters’ Day staff and military personnel must be adhered to at all times.

  2. Fences, signs and restrictions given from any soldier at the airbase have to be followed – any kind of contravention will lead to immediate exclusion.  

  3. There is no entry to other areas on base except for the ones appointed by the Spotters’ Day staff.

  4. Children under 14 years of age will not be allowed to participate in the event.

  5. We are unable to provide dedicated parking and transportation for the disabled during the event.

  6. Animals, ladders, chairs and folding chairs, wind breakers, tents and large parasols are not permitted to the base.

  7. Smoking is only allowed outside in holding areas and/or dedicated smoking areas.

  8. Photo ID (passport) and confirmation e-mail must be shown upon arrival to the event. Air Transport Wing Aalborg will withhold the passport/photo ID during the duration of the Spotters’ Day and return it again when you leave the military area.

  9. Payment must be made cash in Danish Kroner only. Other currencies, credit cards, wireless transfers or similar funny money are not accepted and no ATM is available.

  10. Entry will be via a specified access point only (to be announced later).

  11. Access to lavatory and similar facilities may be limited throughout the day.

  12. Prepare yourself for all kinds of weather and be prepared to walk rather long distances. The event is NOT suitable for anyone with walking difficulties/disabilities and there will be no possibility from the organizers to take individual requirements into consideration.

  13. Air Transport Wing Aalborg reserves the right to refuse admission and expel people if the rules and regulations are violated.
